Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the megaa88 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member") and megaa88 ("Platform", "We").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to continue using the megaa88 platform. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

megaa88 services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or older at the date of registration.
• Residing in a country or region where online betting activities are legally permitted.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme for gambling.
• Not declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Registering voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party.

megaa88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Users found not to meet these eligibility requirements will have their accounts suspended, and any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with the compliance policy currently in force.

Account Registration and Management

Each member is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, identity card number (MyKad) or payment method — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, members are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad).
• An active mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
• A valid and reachable email address.
• A truthful date of birth for age verification purposes.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login information confidential. Any activity that occurs within your account — whether authorised or not — is your own responsibility until you report any unauthorised access to the megaa88 support team.

Deposits and Payment Methods

megaa88 accepts deposits through the following approved methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and crypto assets (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method used.

All deposits are subject to standard security checks. Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the megaa88 platform and may not be transferred to third-party accounts. megaa88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of a minimum amount of RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved by the megaa88 finance team.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) that is complete and accepted by megaa88.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise agreed by megaa88.
• Any related bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the withdrawal is processed.
• No suspicious activity or active terms violations on the account in question.

megaa88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of money laundering or bonus abuse, subject to a thorough internal investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

megaa88 offers a welcome bonus to new members, being a first deposit match of 100% up to RM500. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → wagering requirement RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the withdrawal limits set out in the specific promotion terms.

Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods will result in the cancellation of the bonus and disciplinary action against the accounts involved.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the megaa88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical bugs in the system for unfair gain.
• Hedge betting (arbitrage betting) designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

megaa88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes if there is sufficient evidence of a breach of these rules. megaa88's decision in such matters is final.

User Conduct

All megaa88 members are required to act with respect and responsibility while using the platform. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at other members or megaa88 staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the megaa88 platform.
• Any attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Sharing content that violates laws or copyrights through any communication channel on the platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

megaa88 values the privacy of every member. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the data processing terms set out in the megaa88 Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, unless required by law or a competent authority.

Limitation of Liability

megaa88 is not liable for any losses suffered by members arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical failures beyond megaa88's control.
• Failures on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Betting losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.

megaa88's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

Account Termination

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the megaa88 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure in effect at the time.

megaa88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The member breaches any term in this document.
• The account is used by an individual who does not meet the age or country eligibility requirements.
• Required to do so by a regulatory authority or by law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

megaa88 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current terms in effect. Continued use of the megaa88 platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
